TomCat - my bikes fork lock has a number on the tumbler (the part under the swing aside cover). Give the number to your friendly Suzuki dealer and they will make you a key. If a dealer is not locally available, a locksmith can make one for you. It would be much less expensive to go the dealer route but either is better than losing your bike. Regarding the useage of the key, the slot the tumbler pin engages must be quite tight because you have to move the handlebars back and forth to get the pin to engage the slot all the while pushing and turning the key. After once doing it, next time is easy.
